Tallala Retreat is a 32 suite boutique hotel and yoga retreat set on the western tip of one of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sri Lanka, Talalla beach.This relaxed retreat sits in glorious lush grounds just beside the secluded crescent of Talalla Beach.

Talalla Retreat is a boutique hotel & resort overlooking an undiscovered beach of calm turquoise seas at the southern tip of Sri Lanka beside the village of Gandara, They have 32 spacious rooms located within small villas dotted around four acre estate, just meters from the beach.Each villa has four bright and airy bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Every room has its own private balcony or veranda.

Spread across a two acre coconut estate with birds, squirrels and the occasional monkey hovering on the tree tops. It is a tribute to boutique minimalism, tasteful as much for what it lacks as what it possesses. The feeling is that if a thing is not refined, it is not worth bothering with. Those just looking for some simple sun worshipping on the beach or around the central swimming pool are also welcome.

Talalla welcomes those interested in Yoga, Tai Chi, martial arts, dance and detox to use their facilities for group retreats and intense workshops.
