Rooms are enhanced with carefully chosen antiques, shelves are filled with leather bound books, brass candelabras scatter the dining room and colonial prints are displayed on the walls like family photos beside mounted hunting antlers. The interiors are warm and inviting with hardwood floors, fabric lined walls, antiques, plush sofas, and fireplaces that are lit at night. Relax with a cup of fine highland tea on the peaceful verandah, take a stroll along NuwaraEliya’s leafy by roads lined with colonial period mansions, play a round of golf at the century-old NuwaraEliya Golf Club. The villa staff is very efficient and the house very child friendly so you can relax as the kids run up and down the verdant lawn playing at will.
